The apartment is distributed over the ground floor and the lower ground floor, connected by a spiral staircase, offering a well-defined and functional layout throughout.

On the ground floor, you will find the first bedroom, furnished with 1 double bed measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, and offering direct access to the balcony. The living and sleeping area features 1 double sofabed, also measuring 160 cm in width and 200 cm in length, with exits leading to both the garden and the terrace. A kitchenette with a dining table is also located on this level, alongside a bathroom equipped with a shower, bidet, and WC. This floor benefits from gas heating, which is available exclusively from 30.10. to 15.04.

On the lower ground floor, accessible via the spiral staircase, you will find the second bedroom, furnished with 2 single beds each measuring 80 cm in width and 200 cm in length. This level also includes a second bathroom fitted with a shower, bidet, and WC, as well as its own heating system. The apartment enjoys a very beautiful panoramic view of the sea and the resort, and features a balcony and a terrace of 25 m2, furnished with terrace furniture and deck chairs.
