Sunlit Silver Lake Studio for the Holidays

Enjoy the holidays in a beautiful airy studio in the heart of Silver Lake! Looking to let to someone for the months of December and January while I am in Europe. Ideally: Dec 6th - Feb 6th 🕊️

This cozy studio has a full fridge, gas stove and in-unit washer/dryer. All utilities and wifi are wrapped into the monthly rate.

Enjoy an organic queen mattress, organic sheets and towels, non-toxic household supplies, high-end air filters and more. The closet, pantry, bathroom, and dresser will have plenty of space for you to settle in. You will have everything you need to make your home here!

Enjoy an incredibly walkable neighborhood. Erewhon and all the lovely eateries like Cafe Stella and Tartine and coffee shops such as Intelligencia are just a short 2 min walk away!

You will have your own gated entrance and private outdoor area. Easy street parking can be found directly in front of the unit.

Absolutely no pets (even though I love them) and no smoking/vaping (of any kind) inside or outside of the house as I am allergic and highly sensitive to both.
