About Diane Howard
Working for the last nine years at one of the largest hospitals in the East End of London, I wanted to have a 'get away from it all ' space. I had asked to view another flat nearby, but this flat was shown to me instead, so you could say the flat found me!
Diane Howard purchased this Apartment in 2013
Why Diane Howard chose Dartmouth
I walked into the flat and instantly felt relaxed and at home. I hope you will too.
What makes this Apartment unique
I was looking for a 'lock up and leave' in the area, but I knew I didn't want a flat with no character. With it's original window, it's uneven floors and being under the roof of a former Victorian coastal property, this flat certainly showed it's uniqueness and charm. And then of course the ability to wake up in the morning, pull back the curtains and look at the sea views helped my decision making some what!

Lovely place for a short break with fabulous views
We had a lovely short break for a couple of nights. Great views and a cosy, warm and comfortable place to stay. Fabulous restaurant Radius 7 just next door was an added bonus.
Excellent location, and a really homely feeling about the property.
A lovely property with stunning views, managed in a very professional way.
Lovely, peaceful full of character place
We had really great time, Diane’s place is lovely, full of character greatly located. With fantastic weather we had , we enjoyed lovely outside terrace on the roof, listening to birdsongs. Great walks , beautiful food at Venues caffe down the beach . We hope to be back soon!!
Thank you Viola for your lovely review. You would be welcomed back anytime.
Lovely setting and well equipped, comfortable place to stay.
Really lovely place in a nice little village with a great local shop, pub and local shop on hand. Would recommend for a quiet weekend away.
A lovely two night stay in this clean and comfortable accommodation with all that you need.
Roof terrace area perfect in an evening after a busy day out along with relaxing views. Everything you need is here along with an unexpected but very much appreciated bottle of wine on arrival.
Our only disappointment was not being able to stay longer. We will definitely return.
Lovely stay out. Beautiful place with nature all around, close to the beach. Couldn't ask for more. In property everything what you need, not gonna needs anything else.
Dating from around 1218 and recorded in the Domesday Book as Stoc, Stoke Fleming is a 'quintessential' English village, less than ten minutes drive from Dartmouth. Set in an area of outstanding natural beauty the village has it's own grocery store, a church, pub, post office and a library. The location is breathtaking and access to: stunning coastal walks, beautiful award winning beaches, rural scenery, historical and modern day attractions are all nearby. The village has an excellent bus service to Dartmouth (about two miles away), where larger shops, banks, restaurants, a cinema, theatre, sports facilities supermarkets and other attractions are located.
