The apartment is located on the 2nd floor and is fully furnished, equipped with all the basic household necessities to make you feel at home. The neoclassical furniture style of the space, combined with a large, magnificent balcony overlooking the city and the sea, will enchant and impress you day and night.

As you enter the apartment, you will find yourself in the huge living room, fully equipped and uniquely decorated. It features a fireplace, two sofas, and two armchairs where you can enjoy the extensive bookcase. There is also a dining table and a wonderful piano. The living room has access to a balcony that includes an outdoor dining area, allowing you to enjoy the spectacular city-sea view as well as the breathtaking sunsets in the afternoon.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a refrigerator, kitchen oven, electric kettle, sandwich maker, filter coffee machine, coffee pot, dishwasher, microwave, blender, squeezer, and juicer.
