• 20mins to Hongik Univ. station (Hongdae) by Line 2; 30mins to Gangnam by bus.

Hello! I'm Paul. I was born in Seoul and lived in Toronto and Shanghai. Now I am back in Seoul and doing real estate related business. I used to live in one of the studio myself and moved out after getting married. We redecorated rooms so our guests could enjoy our warm studios and enjoy Seoul. Now my wife and me are operating together. Hope to know more friends here!

Myeongdong is in Jung-gu, the center of Seoul. I like this place because Myeongdong is very convenient for transportation. There are many restaurants and convenience stores nearby. Although our house is in the center of the shopping area, the room is very quiet. Myeongdong is very close to Namsan Mountain, my wife and I like to go to Namsan Mountain for a walk on weekends, and after the end, we will find a restaurant for a meal.
