11 Relais du Lac Charme - Italian Homing

Relais du Lac Charme is a residence with swimming pool made up of 30 apartments. Of which only 14 are Charme Apartments, renovated and with new furniture. It has a large hall from which you can access the swimming pool - sunbathing area with sunbeds. Each apartment has its own characteristics and equipment. All apartments have a private furnished terrace. Covered parking space for each apartment and free Wi-Fi throughout the building. Many services are available upon reservation. Perfect location to quickly reach Sirmione or Desenzano. Relais du Lac Charme is perfect for families who can share common spaces with other families and get to know each other during their holidays.

In the Property there is the staff, also available for:

experiential tourism reservations (yoga, paid excursions and tastings)
rental of beach towels for a fee
luggage storage for a fee
paid cleaning service at the stop

In the properythere are vending machines for coffee, snacks and drinks for a fee.

Italian Homing is a 2.0 property management company.
Completely automated, from 2020 it offers modern and fast self check-in facilities.
No reception: contactless concept
All facilities are cleaned and sanitized by certified, top-quality cleaning companies.
Italian Homing will provide a courtesy kit for all facilities and all necessary information on accommodation.
Customer care will always be at your disposal, via email or telephone for the entire stay.
You can also come and visit us at the office to discover the promotions reserved for you and the activities to do in the surrounding area.

Descriptions and rules:
It is mandatory to complete the fast check-in via email to receive the information to access the accommodation.
You will be asked to enter your personal data, sign the mandatory contract with the online facility and perform facial recognition.
In the contract it will be explicit that it is mandatory to deposit the deposit requested by credit card in security form, as a guarantee for any damages.
Please note: we do not guarantee to answer the phone after 10pm. 
It is not possible to stay longer than 30 nights.
It is forbidden to welcome minors unaccompanied by parents.
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment. 
In case of violation, an amount of €200 will be charged.
