this is the worst propertyI have ever booked through VRBO .LOOK AT THE PHOTO WITH THE CHAIRS AND THE ACTUAL PHOTO TAKEN the villa looked nothing like the photos we had seen when booking they had been photo shoped, the villa had no locks on the down stairs french windows and was dirty smelled of paint and toilet seats were damaged and loose, the villa had not been cleaned at all,when I complained to the booking agent he told me to put a broom in the door to keep it locked, i stayed up all night worried that some one could have harmed our children. the next day i complained to VRBO who took 3 days 8 hours of my holiday time over 40 emails and I had to find a replacement villa of which was a night mare with a family of 7 who had all looked forward to this holiday for many years. I spent more time on the phone and emailing than I did in thwe sun.we were told that VRBO would pay up to the amount we spent on a new villa could not find one, they then said they would pay up to 100% of the cost of my villa meaning they would double the amount, this seemed a good idea at the time but it had to be spent through VRBO, we found a nice villa near where we were and it was not with VRBO they would not pay for this villa so I asked them to find me a villa, they came back with 5 villas no where near where we had planned our holiday and to cap it all they offred us the exact villa we had already been in, I eventually found a villa and we booked out of the original villa. AWFUL EXPERIENCE EVER
