Villa Vista Salobre is an exquisite single-level holiday villa located in the luxurious Salobre Golf Resort, accommodating up to six guests. Situated only a 10-minute drive from the stunning beaches of Maspalomas and Meloneras, this villa offers an ideal retreat in the Canary Islands for families, couples, and those with limited mobility due to its expansive layout and accessibility.

This three-bedroom villa is designed with comfort and style in mind. The master bedroom boasts a double bed and a private en-suite bathroom with a shower, while the second and third bedrooms feature twin beds and share an additional bathroom, also equipped with a shower. The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with all essential appliances, including an oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, and washing machine, ensuring guests have everything needed for a stress-free holiday.

The villa's layout seamlessly blends indoor and outdoor living. Two of the bedrooms open directly onto the garden and the private pool area through large sliding glass doors, providing ample natural light and beautiful views. The private rectangular pool, which measures 8 by 4 meters with a depth of 1.4 meters, is accessible via a stainless steel ladder and Roman steps. Guests may also choose to heat the pool for an additional fee. The garden features comfortable sun loungers, a semi-covered terrace with outdoor seating, and a barbecue grill, ideal for al fresco dining in the warm island climate.

Guests at Villa Vista Salobre are welcomed with a personal key handover (up to 6 p.m.), and there is flexibility for late check-in upon request. Upon arrival, guests will find a welcome package with basic essentials for their first day. A daily fresh bread service is provided each morning, and for stays longer than a week, a thorough cleaning service with fresh bed linen and towels is included. Families with young children can request a cot and highchair at no extra cost.

Please note that a refundable security deposit of EUR 450 is required to cover potential damages, and will be returned after departure following a property inspection. Guests wishing to bring a dog are welcome to do so for a surcharge of EUR 100 for the duration of the stay. Villa Vista Salobre is located in a quiet residential area, and guests are kindly asked to respect the peace of the community.

This villa’s many amenities include air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a Smart TV, and a range of kitchen and laundry appliances, ensuring all the comforts of home. Guests can also enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding mountains and golf course, adding to the villa's charm and tranquility.
