Villa Apoi and Villa Alai are two villas that are set in the same complex. These villas offer 7 bedrooms and they are an excellent option for the bigger groups. Elegance and modern design describe these two villas. These villas will convert your holidays into truly heavenly accommodations on the popular island of Crete.

Indoor facilities
Villa Apoi consists of 3 levels while Villa Alai consists of 2 levels. Nothing but the high quality of amenities and design are adequate to cope with the needs of the most discerning guests. On the ground level of each villa, you can find a spacious living room with a sofa and a fully equipped kitchen with a modern design and appliances. On the same level as Villa Apoi, you could find a queen-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom. Villa Alai, on the other hand, offers a king-size bedroom on the ground floor with an ensuite bathroom. On the upper floor of each villa, you will find bedrooms. Villa Apoi offers bedrooms, one with a king-size bed and one with twin-size beds and ensuite bathrooms. Villa Alai, offers in addition two bedrooms, with the same size of beds as Villa Apoi. In addition, Villa Apoi offers one more floor that is consisted of one king-size bedroom with an ensuite bathroom and a kitchenette with coffee facilities, to enjoy your coffee right away. A hot tub with a shaded pergola is also available to relax and enjoy your vacation. Romantic scenery is available in both villas as canopy beds are located and create the perfect illusion of romance.

Outdoor facilities
In both villas, there are large swimming pools with child sessions to relax and let your children play with safety. The perfect Cretan sun is the best idea for your tanning session and the Cretan sky is perfect for an alfresco meal underneath from starlight. The sitting areas and the gas BBQ with the dining tables will make this fantasy come true. Take the elevator to the top floor of Vila Apoi and enjoy maximum privacy, panoramic views, a private balcony, and access to the largest terrace with an outdoor Jacuzzi/hot tub. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside of the villa.

The whole complex consists of four villas one next to the other.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 30€ per night from April to October and 8€ per night from November to March (including both villas). This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
