lakeside at Waters edge it has so many of the elements that people now need for those that need a Escape type holiday to rebalance there life or family values get the kids off there phones and ipads
Boating bird watching or watching rowers or sailing boats go by or watching the trains on the mini steam railway on the opposite side of the lake shore from your lounge or balcony or hottub or glamping pod / My place was built to sit perfectly into the landscape and for those special days of messing around at the water We offer 3 beds a large lounge loads of outdoor space some covered games area outdoor kitchen plus a small glamping pod that the kids and adults will love My normal change over days are Friday's and and Monday's 3 night weekend breaks are very popular We can sleep 8 adults plus a child normally / Rudyard lake is 160 acres and full lake use is available with kayaks boats jackets etc supplied safety lesson available too from owner on the meet and greet arrival package friendly service Est since Feb 2002 / Pet friendly small pet only

My cabin is like your favourite jumper or favourite jeans to some it up Private road private parking private location / wood burner too gas central heating wi fi / Scandi open plan living but you will use the outside more than the inside as there is a'lot of fun to be had out door's at Waters edge It's a ideal for family groups or for Romantic breaks or Celebration's or just unwinding Hopefully you wont want to leave on your last day that is the number one thing said about Waters edge / check in times 3/5 pm normally check out is 10 am normally on the last day always best to check with owner min stay is normally 3 nights weekend or 4 nights midweek or 7 nights Friday to Friday the odd Monday to Monday week long break may be available too hope this info helps / We are right on the edge of the Peak District with Alton Towers on the door step for the brave ! Leek is a traditional very Old Market town 3 miles away
The Staffs Way a footpath loop around the lake also goes into town

I have been open for business since Feb 2002 l was lucky to visit Rudyard lake as a child and made it my ambition to live there one day and it made sense to turn my home into special rental a place to relax away from the stresses and strains of modern living while tucked away in a magical setting your still central if you want to explore locally too / I built the cabin myself with friends and set it up as a antidote to modern living a Escape where you can find all the best elements of nature / After 23 yrs of letting I am still going strong many of my customers return many times so I am confident that your stay will be special
