This stylish holiday rental apartment offers a perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and convenience, making it an ideal choice for your stay. Step out onto the large balcony, where you can unwind on garden furniture and lounges while savouring a delicious barbecue with a picturesque view of the pool. The open-plan living and dining area is flooded with natural light, thanks to direct access to the sunny balcony. The living room features a comfortable sofa bed and a Smart TV with cable, while the dining area comfortably seats four.
The kitchen is fully equipped with brand-new, stylish appliances, including a fridge, microwave, oven, freezer, induction hob, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, and kettle. You'll find everything you need to prepare your meals, from tableware and cutlery to pans and various kitchen utensils.
The cozy bedroom offers flexibility with two single beds that can easily be converted into a king-size bed. A small private balcony and a spacious closet that can accommodate all your luggage complete the bedroom setup. The modern bathroom is a haven of relaxation, featuring a bathtub with a Jacuzzi tub.
Additional amenities include electric shutters, underfloor heating, air conditioning, and a built-in radio, all individually controlled for your comfort. The expansive balcony, equipped with a BBQ, dining table, loungers, sofa, and coffee table, is the perfect spot to relax and enjoy the view.
