Newly listed luxury apartment available only on request. A one-of-a-kind residence, designed by renowned Sardinian architect Varalto, strategically located just 15 minutes from both Olbia town centre and Costa Smeralda. Enjoy a unique experience in traditional Sardinian style. After a day spent on paradisiacal beaches, the sea view from the balcony will leave you feeling even more in love with life than when you arrived. Crowded beaches or up for some rest? No problem, chill out by the pool.

The attic, which is 50 square meters in size, is well insulated with some extra breeze at night and has two private balconies facing the sea and the mountains. It allows guests to enjoy the countryside's tranquillity since green land plots surround it. It's incredibly close to the major attractions.

Guests can use the apartment, which has two spacious balconies and a communal garden with pool. The apartment also has a private car park.
