This property has spectacular exteriors that include a large private chlorine pool - measuring 11 x 5 m and 1.1 to 2.5 m deep - with an integrated children's pool - measuring 3.5 x 3.5 m and 0.5 m deep -. Surrounding it they have 9 sun loungers and a large grass area to sunbathe or play with the little ones. Different garden areas, a lake with fish and several terraces and porches, including one with a barbecue, guarantee unforgettable moments. There is also a ping-pong table, a paddle tennis court and a basketball court, which you can access whenever you want. This large manor house offers two floors. Upon entering the house, you find a large living-dining room with television, air conditioning, fireplace and access to one of the porches. They often have a kitchen, equipped with a gas stove and a table to perhaps have an aperitif. Then they find a second kitchen with a gas stove, a second and immense dining room with access to the pool, another living room with a pool table and a toilet.
