This house is called “Villino Due” because it was the second house that the writer Giuseppe Berto built on the property and is the largest of the residence, with two bedrooms (1 double with added single bed and a double), which are accessed from the large covered terrace, each bedroom has its own private bathroom. The kitchen is also accessed from the large terrace overlooking the sea.
Elegantly furnished with antique furniture, the warm atmosphere will make you immediately feel at home, welcomed and at ease.
The large covered porch that surrounds the property, where you can dine or relax on comfortable deck chairs, is a typical example of the splendid Calabrian architecture in danger of extinction. A large terrace surrounds the porch, from here you can admire splendid sunsets over the sea on the Aeolian Islands.
Villino Due can accommodate up to five people and is perfect for a family or a small group of friends who love the peace and quiet of nature, close to the beach but also just a few minutes drive from Tropea.
From the house you can walk to one of the most beautiful beaches of Capo Vaticano, via a private descent consisting of 400 steps, with handrails, very safe to walk on.
