Kea, also known as Tzia is one of the closest islands to Athens. There are 3 to 4 ferry boats going to and from the island everyday in the summer months. As there are few hotels on the island, mostly private homes are rented out. Most of these homes are stone built, giving Kea its unique architectural style.

The villa, which is 270sq meters and is set on a 2,050sq meters plot of land, is 35 minutes from the port of Kea in the area of Kampi/Koundouros. The villa offers amazing sea and sunset views and is 300 meters from the beach of Kampi.

The villa is on 2 independent levels plus a guest house and sleeps 14 in total. The outside area of the ground floor has a large infinity pool (14 X 4 meters) with chlorinated salt water and has a depth of 1 meter in the shallow end and 1.80 meters in the deep end, three pergolas offering shade , one with a large dining table, which seats 12 people and a BBQ. The second pergola has a dining table, which seats 8 people and sofas. The third pergola has a dining table, which seats 6 people.

The ground floor level consists of a large well lit living room with a sea view, a living area with a large corner sofa, a dining area for 6 people, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest w.c. There are 3 bedrooms on this level with 4 bathrooms. The large master bedroom, which has a sea view, has a double bed (1.80 X 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The second master bedroom, which has a sea view, has a double bed (1.60 X 2.00) and an en-suite bathroom with a shower. The third bedroom has 2 sets of bunk beds with a bathroom with a shower (not en-suite).

Near the swimming pool is a large guest house with a sea view, a double bed (1.80 X 2.00) and en-suite bathroom with a shower and a living area with a sofa bed.

The upper independent level has a large living room with a sea view and a corner sofa, a dining are for 6 people, an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom with a sea view and a double bed (1.60 X 2.00), a second bedroom with a sea view and one set of bunk beds and a bathroom with a shower.

Near the pool there is a staff room with a single bed and a bathroom.

Outside the the upper level there is a pergola and a built in seating area offering amazing sea and sunset views and a BBQ.
