Structure immersed in a new residence within walking distance of the sea. Inside the residence there is a fabulous pool for shared use. The house is a short walk from Lido Signorino and the main beaches of the southern coast of Marsala.
Inside there are all the useful and necessary services for a relaxing and pleasant stay.

The space
The house is equipped with a double bedroom, a bedroom with a single bed, a comfortable bathroom with shower, an open space including a kitchen and living room (with a single sofa bed) and a nice outdoor veranda equipped with a marble kitchen and a relaxation area equipped with sofas and armchairs. Outside the property there is a swimming pool shared with the residence.

Guest access
Guest access is completely self-contained. A lockbox is located right outside the property gate, which is easily accessible through the instructions we will provide shortly before your check-in. Access to the disabled is also available.

Other things to note
Ability to do automatic self check-in with lockbox containing keys and remote control for the gate.

Tourist tax (Municipality of Marsala): 2 eur/person/night.
