Villa Polistena is located in Polistena, a town within the Plain of Gioia Tauro, in Calabria region.

The property boasts a large fenced garden (3,500 m2) with lawn, trees and typical Mediterranean vegetation.

Under the patio, a large dining table allows you to spend alfresco meals, surrounded by nature and a unique atmosphere.

Inside the garden there is a beautiful round-shaped pool, open from April to November, and equipped with sun loungers, outdoor shower, and gazebo with lounge area.

Moreover, among the outdoor spaces you will find a spacious panoramic terrace, furnished with table, chairs and an outdoor hot tub (open from May to October). The terrace offers breathtaking views of the surrounding countryside, the sea, and the Stromboli volcano.

Lastly at guests' disposal a barbecue area and a private parking (with 4 covered places and 10 uncovered places).

The villa is also suitable for hosting important events and weddings upon request.

Internal Description

Villa Polistena is spread over 3 floors and can accommodate up to 13 people, has 7 bedrooms and 11 bathrooms. The villa is provided with Internet Wifi, air conditioning and internal lift that connects all the 3 floors.

Internally, the property is furnished with a mix of prestigious furniture, including pieces from the 18th and 19th century, as well as contemporary art paintings and sculptures.

The villa can host up to 2 children (under the age of 12) and 1 infant. Small pets are allowed on request (maximum 1).

Check-in is allowed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM. Check-in and check-out outside these hours are available upon request for an additional fee.

Basement floor: The basement floor houses a tavern, equipped with a billiard table, sofa and armchairs, perfect for guests' entertainment. A bathroom completes this floor.

Ground floor: On the ground floor you will find some elegant and bright living areas, such as a large living room with fireplace, a dining room, a double living room with another fireplace, and a kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with: dining table, tv, oven, stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, toaster, and dishwasher.

Following is a superior bedroom (25 mq) with: mountain view, 2 single beds, walk-in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower.

Also on the ground floor there are 2 bathrooms and a private gym with some exercise equipment, hydromassage shower and a toilet.

First floor: The upper floor is dedicated to the sleeping area divided as follows:

- 1 master suite (60 sqm) with: exclusive terrace and sea view, an extra King size bed, man/woman walk-in closet, a woman's ensuite bathroom with hot tub and a man's ensuite bathroom with shower;

- 1 junior suite (40 sqm) with: balcony and sea view, a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower;

- 1 deluxe bedroom (35 sqm) with: balcony and garden view, a King size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with shower;

- 1 deluxe bedroom (35 sqm) with: mountain view, a Queen size bed, walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom with hot tub;

- 1 deluxe bedroom (30 sqm) with: mountain view, a Queen size bed, wardrobe and ensuite bathroom with shower;

- 1 single bedroom (20 sqm) with a single bed, wardrobe and shower.

The first floor also features a second kitchen (with microwave and breakfast table), and the stunning panoramic terrace with outdoor hot tub.

Prices and conditions

Included in the price: Final cleaning; Internet Wifi.

Excluded from the price: Electricity on consumption (0.50€/Kw); gas on consumption (only during winter months - 1.00€/m3 with meter); check-in/check-out outside standard hours (100.00€). Tourist tax if required (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from 0.50€ to 4.00€ per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).

Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 2,000.00€ security deposit upon arrival (cash), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages.
