The house is spread over several floors, designed to be enjoyed both indoors and outdoors.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a pleasant private garden with an outdoor dining table and sun loungers—perfect for relaxing outside. Inside, there is a living-dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a laundry area, and a bathroom with a shower.
The basement floor has a private garage, with direct access to the house via stairs that lead straight to the living-dining area (total convenience, even when carrying groceries 😉).
On the first floor, there are two bedrooms and a full bathroom with a shower.
The top floor features a beautiful master bedroom with two private terraces, sofas, a relaxation area, and a perfect space for sunbathing and unwinding.
