There is a large breakfast bar with stools to enjoy a cup of coffee or a healthy breakfast.

There are 5 bedrooms in the house: 2 on the ground floor; one with a double bed plus a single (which can be turned into 3 singles), with a walk-in closet, an ensuite bathroom (shower enclosure, double vanity, WC) and access to the terrace. The second bedroom is a double room with walk-in closet and ensuite bathroom (bathtub, double vanity and WC).

The other 3 bedrooms are on the first floor: Master bedroom with a lounge area, large TV, walk-in closet, full bathroom with shower enclosure, bathtub, double vanity, WC, as well as a large terrace with sun lounges and and sea view.
The other two bedrooms have large double beds, ensuite shower rooms and share access to a terrace with sea view.

There are 2 additional double bedrooms located on the ground floor with independent access. Each has fitted wardrobes, ensuite shower rooms with WC and double vanity and access to the terrace. Each bedroom is air-conditioned and has a safe.

The pool and lounge area is located below the ground floor in a moorish patio. The central 17*7m pool is surrounded by several covered terraces with lounges, sunbeds and a brand new summer kitchen fully fitted with cooking area, large glass fridge, freezer, ice maker, 2 dishwashers, bar, microwave and conventional oven.
There is a large dining table for 16 guests to enjoy alfresco dinner next to the pool.

There is a large bathroom next to the pool with a shower room, 2 WC.

The house has a helipad, a large car park, secured entrance, automated gate with visiophone, internet.

The villa offers various chillout areas both indoor and outdoor and is the perfect location for large family gatherings or a group of friends to make the most of a holiday in Saint Tropez.
