A spacious, sunlit two-bedroom apartment located on the first floor of a purpose-built block of flats. Bedroom one is home to a queen-sized double bed, the second two singles. Supplementing these is a large open-plan living-dining area and a fully equipped kitchen.
Two minutes’ walk from Richmond Station and 5 minutes from Richmond Town Centre, it provides the perfect location for your visit.

Local Area:
A 15-minute walk will find you at the world-famous Kew Gardens (Lions Gate entrance), Richmond Park with its free roaming deer, or the stunning Richmond Riverside, each fantastic for a day out. If you have built up an appetite, Richmond town centre has you covered. A 10 minutes’ walk from the property, it is home to a host of cafés and restaurants to indulge in. As the evening approaches, settle into one of the many local pubs, or why not experience one of the two live theatre venues- Richmond Theatre or The Orange Tree.
Finally, if a fan of TV, then it is worth visiting the filming locations of the hit sitcom "Ted Lasso", including "The Crown & Anchor" pub and "11A" Flat.

Getting around
Richmond Station (5 minutes’ walk) offers regular 15-minute overground journeys to London Waterloo, 15-minute underground journeys to the museums of South Kensington, and countless bus links to local attractions, including the iconic Twickenham Rugby Ground, Wimbledon Tennis Club and Hampton Court Palace.
Further afield, Richmond Station offers direct train links to Windsor for visiting Windsor Castle.

Surprisingly spacious appartment for London with a sensible layout. Perfect for our stay ( family with 2 small kids). Despite the heatwave it was very comfortable with blackout blinds in bedrooms and ample fans. Nice cotton bedding kept us cool too. Kitchen equipped with all the things we needed, although husband did not love french press as coffee maker. One thing to note- building is on a busy road. You will get road, train and plane sounds with open window ( richmond is on Heathrow flight path so that part is not unique to the appartment). It did not bother us at all and fan noise blocked most of it out, but if you are a sensitive sleeper you might want to take it into consideration

Spacious and comfortable. I stayed with my two kids and they say they want to go back again. We stayed there about 10 days. A washing machine and a dryer are very useful.The location is also very good.

Mr. Shipp. the host was wonderful! He was very accommodating and very responsive to our needs and to helping us with a problem that cropped up. We stayed from 22 Dec. 2025 to 26 Jan. 2026. The flat was spacious, clean and well appointed (e.g.,the kitchen was well stocked with anything one might need for a long stay. And, having WC in addition to the main bathroom was very convenient.The location was ideal: extremely close walking distance to Richmond Station (for train, underground and overground services) and Richmond town centre. The only reason I didn't rate it as 5 stars was because one had to climb 2 sets of staircases with a door to open and close between them in order to reach the flat. This is fine for those who travel with no more than a 21" or 22" carry-on for a short stay. Unfortunately, for us, two elderly people travelling with 2 full size suitcases for a long stay it was difficult. Nevertheless, I highly recommend this flat.
