Experience comfort and convenience in this charming 42 m² flat located in the Pracondu residence, right in the heart of Nendaz and the renowned 4 Valleys region. Perfect for up to 6 guests, the apartment features a bright living room with a balcony offering stunning valley views, flat-screen cable TV, and free WiFi. The open kitchen comes fully equipped with a fridge, microwave, dishwasher, and an automatic coffee machine that grinds beans fresh for every cup. Sleeping arrangements include a living room sofa bed (2x 80x200 cm), one bedroom with two single beds (90x200 cm), and a second bedroom with a bunk bed (90x200 cm). The flat has two bathrooms, one with a shower and toilet and the other with a shower. Step outside to enjoy the terrace furnished with garden seating overlooking the valley. Guests can also access the sauna and laundry room within the building for an extra charge. Parking is available outdoors (subject to availability), and pets are welcome. Situated just 100 meters from the cable car and ski slopes, this modern residence offers ski-in/ski-out access and easy proximity to local shops (300 m), the Spa des Bisses (200 m), and leisure activities (100 m).
