From street level, the main entrance leads to a gated courtyard with a small garden. A few steps up, you’ll find a private terrace adorned with decorative plants and furnished with four tables, ideal for outdoor relaxation or convivial dinners. The apartment is set on a single floor and welcomes guests with a bright living room featuring a sofa and TV. The fully equipped kitchen, complete with a dining area for four, also opens onto the terrace, creating a practical and enjoyable environment. The sleeping area includes a refined double bedroom with a canopy bed and a bathroom. The strategic location allows guests to fully enjoy the city, with the convenience of being surrounded by numerous services and the vibrant summer nightlife.

Also called “the capital of Baroque”; UNESCO declared the historic centre of Noto a World Heritage Site in 2002. Among the protected assets you can find the Cathedral of Noto, the most important catholic place of worship in the city. Also in the centre, Palazzo Ducezio is not to be missed, a true gem of baroque architecture which houses the famous Sala degli Specchi (“Hall of Mirrors”). Toward the coast stands the natural oasis of Calamosche Beach, declared in 2005 as “the most beautiful beach in Italy” for its crystal clear waters.
