Spacious, beautiful, and well-located apartment

This very clean 1-bedroom apartment comes with all the amenities one might need, especially for a longer stay. The kitchen is stocked with seasonings, pots/pans and dishes - even two bottles of cold water in the fridge when you arrive. The bathroom is spacious, as well as the living room. The apartment had beautiful windows that brought in sunlight and a view of a building with lots a character and a glimpse of the pink street. The host was very attentive and kind when we reached out for help.

Lovely apartment!

The apartment in Lisbon is just as described — comfortable, well equipped and in a very convenient location. Our host was very attentive to our needs and did everything she could to make our stay enjoyable. The place was spotless and the kitchen had many extras (spices, oils etc) to help with any cooking. We were happy to find an elevator in the building to help us carry bags up four flights! We were able to walk to most of the sights in Lisbon from the apartment. Guests should be aware that there is a very lively nightlife on the streets below. This wasn’t a problem for us as the casement windows and shutters blocked the noise and we slept well.

This place is in an excellent location! Walking distance to the metro, cruise port, historical center, restaurants, tour hook-ups, river walk, etc. We found the apartment to be very spacious with a newly renovated feel to it. Lots of nice, new appliances, only wish there had been directions on how to use them in English as we don’t read Portuguese. The nightlife was very loud all six nights that we stayed there due to the nearness of Pink Street and the pounding beats of the bars at the bottom of the building. The noise lasted until 3 or 4 in the morning. The widows block out some of the noise. Wish there had been more comfortable pillows on the bed. The living room chair was not comfortable to sit in, but the couch was fine. Morning coffee was good across the street. Found a great Asian restaurant a block away. Many nearby restaurants! This VRBO has so many great features, but getting a good night’s rest was not one of them.

Thank you for your review and for highlighting the excellent location, spacious apartment, and newly renovated amenities. I’m also pleased that you enjoyed the nearby coffee shops and restaurants. Regarding the noise, the apartment is located in one of Lisbon’s most vibrant entertainment districts, and the listing clearly states that guests should expect nightlife noise. While I understand that this environment may not suit every traveler, it is an important characteristic of the location and is disclosed in advance so guests can make an informed decision when booking.
