We are delighted to welcome you in our comfortable villa suitable for up to 6 guests, located in Lido dei Pini area. The villa is situated in a green area close to a beautiful pinewoods, 700mt away from the beach.

The accommodation is situated on the ground floor and you will find a modern living room with one double sofa-bed, a kitchen area with a gas hob, a fridge and a freezer, a bathroom with a shower box, a comfortable bedroom with one double bed, a second room with two single beds, a nice terrace and a private garden with fireplace where you can enjoy your time during your vacation.

To ensure your the best comfort, the apartment is equipped with tv, central heating and air conditioning, allowing you to maintain a pleasant temperature throughout your stay.

One small pet is allowed: 40 eur per pet/stay to be paid at the agency.
