Studio Apartment bordering the Ickworth Estate, Pet-Friendly, 5 minutes to Bury!

The Cartlodge is a modern 1st floor studio apartment in Horringer, Bury St Edmunds. It is situated above our large detached garage and is accessed via an external steel staircase.

Inside you'll find a King size bed, kitchen area, bathroom, wardrobe, small dining table, cuddle sofa, 32" Smart TV (streaming only), cuddle sofa and a wood burning stove. There is also a 70" ceiling mounted projector with Google Chromecast, positioned perfectly for watching Netflix in bed (guest Subscription access included).

The kitchen comprises of an induction hob, oven, microwave and silent mini fridge, complete with all the cookware, dinnerware and utensils you'll need for your stay.

Towels and bed sheets are provided as well as complimentary tea & coffee, with a pint of milk in the fridge.

Hot Tub access is NOT included in the standard night rate, this is to ensure all guests receive the best value possible. If you'd like to enjoy the hot tub, is available for an EXTRA £25 per stay including robe hire and this should be added to your booking reservation and paid prior to your arrival at The Cartlodge.
Hours of usage are between 10am and 8pm and please remember to bring your flip-flops as it is situated the other side of the garden and offers open field views to the rear.

Private off-street parking makes this an ideal spot for 1 or 2 people visiting the market town or wishing to explore the National Trust estate for a short getaway or work trip, with the choice of two excellent village pubs serving food most days for those not wishing to cook, (some Deliveroo, Just Eat, and Uber Eats options too).

Supermarkets Tesco, Waitrose, Asda, Aldi all just a few minutes drive away in Bury.
