The Space:
Apartment 4 sleeps up to two guests. The bright and airy living area is modest yet inviting, with a fully equipped kitchen being the heart of the property. The kitchen boasts a quartz worktop, adding to the bespoke feel of the flat. A dining table and chairs are located away from the kitchen to provide a separate space to enjoy home cooked meals or takeaways. The sofa area offers a cosy spot for relaxing evenings, complete with a flat-screen TV for entertainment on quiet nights or rainy days.
The apartment features a stylish, contemporary bedroom which is home to a king-sized bed and ample storage. The bedroom also provides access to a light and airy modern ensuite, comprising of a newly installed shower, w/c and sink.

The keys to Apartment 4, Upton House are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Pay-and-display parking is available at both the rear and front of Upton House on a first-come, first-served basis. The rear parking area offers a lower tariff, while the front provides four 22kW fast EV chargers.
