• Fully equipped kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, microwave, drip coffee maker, Kettle , dishwasher, dishes/cutlery, and kitchen utensils);
• Bedroom 1: 2 single beds (2x1 person, 90x190);
• Bathroom with shower, towel rack, and toilet;
• No WiFi access;
• Individual heating;
• The accommodation is equipped with Spreader, blankets and pillows;
• Free private outdoor parking (residence);
• Outdoor pool in the residence.

The "Le Primavera" residence is ideally located:
• 300 meters from Richelieu beach
• 500 meters from the supermarket
• 500 meters from shops and restaurants
• 1 km from the port

Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available for an additional fee:
• End-of-stay cleaning: €103
• Sheet pack: €16/bed
• Towel pack: €12/kit/person

A security deposit of €500 is required upon arrival. Note: Maestro cards, American Express, checks, and cash are not accepted.
