It is comfortable, has a futon to watch movies and sleep as well, enjoy coffee and sunshine in the mornings. With room for up to 4 guests, an equipped kitchen, free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Surrounded by a great variety of museums and restaurants, plus several other interesting places in the capital.

Other things to note
Avenida Juarez, where the building is located, closes on Sundays to vehicular traffic so that cyclists and walkers can enjoy it. Some days it's also closed due to public demonstrations, without this affecting those who work or live in the area.

It's important to inform our guests that, if they rent a car, there will be hours of traffic congestion (a normal situation in a metropolis), and in those cases it's common to use the Waze app, to find alternative routes.

Around the building there are multiple parking options such as Bellas Artes, Hotel Hilton, Hotel Metropol, among others.

We accept pets - only dogs and two maximum - in this apartment with cost per night and per pet (up to 15 kg $450 pesos x night, from 15 to 35 kg $600 pesos x night). It is forbidden to leave pets alone and not to abide by this rule leads to a fine of $100 USD or the equivalent in pesos.
Dogs should wear a leash in the hallways and lobby of the building, No dogs allowed in the gym
Damage caused by pets will be paid for by the guest.
