Welcome to our new contemporary two-bedroom flat, perfectly nestled in convenient 2-minutes walking proximity to the Maze Hill train station, yet surrounded by beautiful green woods around and offering both calming and relaxing views both city skyline and calming woods through large, floor-to-ceiling windows. Warm wooden flooring, ample of modern amenities and perfectly organized space along with a convenient location will definitely make you fall in love with this beautiful space!
The open-plan living area is a haven of comfort, featuring a large, cozy sofa, ideal for immersing in your favorite shows on the flat-screen 64" ultra HD TV or unwinding while soaking in the lush green views. There is an xbox360 console, Sonos speakers and an ultra fast for your convenieince. The dining space, tailored for four, pairs seamlessly with the contemporary built-in kitchen, equipped with an array of modern appliances. Indulge in your culinary creativity with a Nespresso coffee machine, Nutri Bullet blender, Hotel Chocolat Velvetiser, and two specialized fridges – one for extra drinks and another dedicated wine fridge. This setup ensures every meal is an enjoyable and delicious experience.
Master Bedroom is en-suite and featured with a large queen size bed, a memory foam mattress and adorned in a crisp hotel quality linen.
The second bedroom is a blend of both relaxation, working and workout, as it is featured with a double sofa bed, perfect dedicated workspace, and gym station. The sofa bed in the second bedroom has a memory foam topper for extra comfort.
There is ample wardrobe space from built in wardrobes in both bedrooms.
Two bathroom offer a walk-in shower and a bathtub for your added convenience, both complete with fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, ready upon your arrival.
Enjoy sunrise or evening under the stars, or just a relaxing cups at your private balcony with seating for two and offering a stunning view.
We ensure a spotlessly clean and cozy stay, with professional cleaning before your arrival.
You will have total access to my place so please treat it as your own and respect it. I aim to make each of my guests comfortable by allowing everyone to enjoy my place in its entirety.
I provide complimentary fresh linen, towels, and toiletries (shower gel, soap, shampoo) for your stay!

I can accommodate late check-in after 9 pm for a fee of £30.
Whilst I will not be available in person, I engage the help of a professional management company, so you can be sure that your stay will be flawless!
Please kindly confirm your arrival time at least 24 hours in advance. If you don't do so, I cannot guarantee your check-in at the requested time.
Late check-out requested in advance is available at £30 per hour. The latest check-out time is 1 pm.
Unauthorized late check out will be charged at £50 per hour.
Please don't move any furniture around the house, if you do, please move it back to where it was when you checked in.
If the furniture is not in the correct place after your check out, you will be charged 100 GBP.
Smoking in the flat is strongly prohibited! Penalty £500.
