Was not impressed with this place, nowhere on the description was there any word of stairs, we had to climb 4 floors of steps with luggage it also makes it seem like it was an apartment we all couldn't even spend time together like in a living room.

In response to your comments, we’ve made several upgrades. We’ve added a living room with a TV and dining area that also accommodates one person with a comfortable folding single sofa bed. Additionally, we’ve replaced the beds in all rooms with high-quality, very comfortable king-size beds to enhance your stay.
Regarding the stairs — the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have a lift. We understand this may be a concern for some guests, especially those with mobility issues, and we will make sure this is clearly stated in the listing.
That said, the location is in the heart of Central London, where most buildings offer incredible convenience and charm, but often lack elevators due to their historic nature. We recommend that guests with mobility concerns plan accordingly.

Wonderful place to stay. The location was perfect. The flat had everything we needed. I could never figure out if the washer/dryer dried, but that might be me not understanding European appliances. I was aware this is a walk-up, but the stairs are also narrow. We managed just fine, though. The check-in process wasn't perfect, and at one point, the water heater... stopped working. We eventually found a "reset" button and were back in business, but communication was a bit lacking. For the price, I would totally stay there again.

As the property is centrally located in a listed heritage building under London council regulations, no structural changes are permitted. For this reason, there is no lift in the building and access is via stairs.
Regarding the hot water, the system provides continuous hot water as long as the boiler remains switched on. If it is accidentally turned off, it can usually be restored easily. In such cases, we always advise guests to contact us so we can provide clear instructions on how to reset or operate the appliances.
We also appreciate your note regarding communication and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

El apartamento es algo viejo, pero está bien acondicionado. Tiene electrodomésticos nuevos en la cocina. Tiene 3 habitaciones con cama de matrimonio y una con un sofá cama para una persona. Dos habitaciones tienen televisor y dos no. En general, pasamos una agradable estancia. La anfitriona fue muy amable

We are continuously working on improving the property and have recently upgraded the beds with brand new double and king-size beds with orthopedic mattresses to enhance comfort.
Please note the building is an older listed property in London with no elevator, and as it is protected under local council regulations, window or other structural/planning changes are not permitted.
