As the property is centrally located in a listed heritage building under London council regulations, no structural changes are permitted. For this reason, there is no lift in the building and access is via stairs. Regarding the hot water, the system provides continuous hot water as long as the boiler remains switched on. If it is accidentally turned off, it can usually be restored easily. In such cases, we always advise guests to contact us so we can provide clear instructions on how to reset or operate the appliances. We also appreciate your note regarding communication and will continue working to improve the guest experience.

In response to your comments, we’ve made several upgrades. We’ve added a living room with a TV and dining area that also accommodates one person with a comfortable folding single sofa bed. Additionally, we’ve replaced the beds in all rooms with high-quality, very comfortable king-size beds to enhance your stay. Regarding the stairs — the apartment is located on the 3rd floor, and the building does not have a lift. We understand this may be a concern for some guests, especially those with mobility issues, and we will make sure this is clearly stated in the listing. That said, the location is in the heart of Central London, where most buildings offer incredible convenience and charm, but often lack elevators due to their historic nature.
