The "Costa del Sole" apartments are two small houses in marine style, located a few hundred meters from the beach of Seccheto (400 m), a small seaside village between the beaches of Fetovaia and Cavoli, respectively 2.3 km (30 minutes on foot) and 1 km (13 minutes on foot).
Very convenient for the beach but also for village life, the two apartments guarantee privacy and comfort, are tastefully furnished and have a pergola equipped to enjoy the outdoor spaces.
A short drive away is the village of Marina di Campo, very lively and touristy, with a center full of clubs, restaurants and a seafront where you can walk comfortably.

From the beach you can reach the houses on foot passing through the paths and steps of the village, elevated in a cool position and surrounded by greenery.

Bright and recently renovated apartment, consisting of a modern kitchen with induction hobs and a queen-size sofa bed; double bedroom with sofa bed and bathroom with large shower with box. The incredible outdoor space will allow you to have a relaxing holiday, with its part of the terrace covered by a porch and its external worktop with stove and sink.
The house is located in a very quiet, fresh context (facing north), surrounded by greenery.

Important Notes:
- groups of young people under 21 years of age are not allowed
- private parking space on request for a fee, 150 meters from the accommodation, at €6 per day
- we remind customers that only people regularly registered can stay in the house for a maximum of 2 adults + 2 children
- check-in from 16.00 to 19.30 and check-out by 09.00; for check-in after 20.00 a supplement of €50.00 must be paid
- pets allowed with a cleaning supplement of €30
- deposit (mandatory): €200.00; refunded at the end of the stay after having viewed the state of the property (if paid in cash it will not be returned before 15.00)
- bed linen and towels: €20.00 per person (to be requested at the time of booking); not bookable on site

Check-in information is sent to the customer 48 hours before arrival, for any need you can contact our customer service. For the selected property, key collection normally takes place at our offices in Campo or Portoferraio.
