The Space:
Georgian Quarters @ Canning III & IV is a rare find, offering an exceptional amount of space in the city, accommodating up to 22 guests in total.
The first unit is a spacious two-bedroom apartment, sleeping up to 8 guests, located two floors up in the building. The living area features an open-plan layout shared with the kitchen and dining space. With a large wall-mounted TV and a double sofa bed, it provides the perfect spot to relax after a busy day exploring. The bedrooms are equally inviting. The first bedroom includes two double beds, while the second boasts a king-size bed. Both rooms are fitted with Smart TVs for entertainment and desks that can be used for work or as dressing tables. The family bathroom has a modern interior and is equipped with a bath, a separate shower, a WC, and a washbasin.
The second unit is a four-bedroom duplex, accommodating up to 14 guests. Located on the third floor, it offers a stunning furnishing style, beautiful views, and a memorable stay – well worth the extra steps. On the main floor, you’ll find two bedrooms, each with a king-size bed, while the attic floor houses two more bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and a double bed. The main floor bedrooms are equipped with Smart TVs and desks, suitable for work or vanity purposes. The living room also features a luxurious corner sofa bed that can sleep two guests, along with a large Smart TV — plenty of space to rest your head and unwind. For larger groups, the property offers multiple bathrooms: one on the main floor with a separate shower, a standard-sized bath, a WC, and a washbasin, plus two en-suite bathrooms in the attic, each with a shower, WC, and washbasin.
Both units come with fully equipped kitchens, including a microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, oven, and more. The dining areas are furnished with matching tables and chairs or benches, ideal for large group meals.
For added convenience, each unit also includes a washing machine.
Featuring a Georgian-style single-glazed window and tall ceiling - this family-friendly and unique space is unlike any other in the city! You will be stunned by the sunlight that dresses the bedrooms during the day!
Guest Access:
Guests have full access to Georgian Quarters @ Canning I & II. We provide a self-check-in service with a keypad door lock, with full details shared shortly before your arrival.
The two-bedroom unit is located on the second floor, while the four-bedroom unit is situated on the third floor. The two units are not internally connected but are accessible via a communal staircase within the building.
Please be aware that access to the upper floors is via stairs only, as there is no lift in the building.
The property is located within a residential area, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.
We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.
This dog friendly accommodation welcomes one furry companion in each apartment. To ensure your pet’s comfort, kindly inform us in advance so we can make the necessary preparations. Please note, only dogs are permitted.
A baby cot and high chair are available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay. A minimum of 48 hours' notice should be given.

Taxis are also a comfortable choice on rainy days or if guests prefer a speedy trip to and from town and usually cost under £10.
