Of Villa Tamerici is available the entire upper floor, consisting of large living room furnished with sofas, dining room and well-equipped kitchen, sleeping area consisting of 2 double bedrooms and 1 quadruple furnished with bunk beds + 2 shower rooms.
The surroundings of Villa Tamerici
Located less than 500 meters from the sea in Torre Vado, Villa Tamerici stands on high ground in a quiet residential area. Torre Vado is a small seaside village, marina of Morciano di Leuca. There is a small marina and many restaurant and commercial services.
The beaches of Pescoluse, Maldives of Salento, are just minutes away. Leuca, among Salento and Puglia`s most popular vacation destinations, is also a handful of kilometers away.


- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 7.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am).
- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language.
- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations.
- First Bed linen/towels kit included in total price. Mandatory change at euro 25 per person for stays longer than 10 nights (1 change), for stays longer than 17 nights (2 changes) and for stays longer than 24 nights (3 changes).
- Pool available from June to September.
- Off-season pool opening available upon request: euros 200, payable on-site.

- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste. If not, it will be withheld penalty fee of 80 euro for up to 10 kg of waste + 50 euro for each additional kg.
- It is MANDATORY to leave the stove and cutlery clean (service not included in the price of final cleaning). If not, it will be withheld a penalty fee of 40 euro.
- The villa is on the ground floor.
