La casa principal consta de: amplias salas de estar con techos con vigas a la vista y 4 dormitorios para alojar hasta 8 personas con 2 baños y 1 aseo. Un anexo en el lado opuesto del patio tiene otra habitación doble y una habitación doble / con dos camas, ambas con cuartos de baño en suite y una amplia sala de estar entre las habitaciones. La cocina / comedor está equipada con todos los elementos esenciales, incluyendo cafetera americana, microondas, lavavajillas y nevera grande con compartimento congelador, y una gran mesa de comedor con capacidad para 12 personas. La sala de estar tiene una chimenea abierta para los meses más fríos y conduce a una terraza en la azotea con hermosas vistas de las colinas circundantes. Equipado con TV satelital / por cable. Cantinas de carácter y arcos sombreados añaden encanto toscano a la propiedad. Una de las cantinas se ha convertido en un bar atmosférico, iluminado con velas, con paredes de piedra a la vista y techos abovedados.

Desde la zona de la piscina, los escalones conducen a un gran jardín. La propiedad se beneficia de una posición elevada que ofrece hermosas vistas del campo y un entorno perfecto para relajarse y descansar. Una pequeña capilla ubicada entre cipreses antiguos proporciona el ambiente íntimo perfecto para bodas.

Die Lage inmitten ligurischen Apennien ist sehr idyllisch mit Blick auf die umliegenden Berge. Auf der Panorama-Terrasse lassen sich tolle Abende verbringen. Auch in der Küche hatten wir 12 Personen bei einem Regenabend genügend Platz. Loris, die gute Seele des Anwesens war bei Anliegen stets zur Stelle, ansonsten hat er sich im Hintergrund aufgehalten. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit

A beautiful Italian villa

Our group enjoyed staying in this beautiful villa. It is in a very rural setting, but has a lot of space and very clean modern bathrooms. Loris was very helpful when we met him, but unfortunately, he was sick during our stay so we didn’t see him much but our time at the villa was lovely. Like many older houses in Europe the house had a lot of steps up and down. And getting to it did involve taking a winding road up the hillside. This was a great location for our group and this trip. I will always remember waking up to the birds, singing, opening the windows, and enjoying the beauty that surrounds this hillside.

Great place for a family gathering

We really enjoyed our stay not only but also because the house had more than enough space for us, was well equipped, had all the facilities we wanted and offered privacy as well as a breathtaking view. The pool was clean, the manager friendly and the whole atmosphere peaceful. It was a perfect place for our greater family (three generations). The highlight was our group effort to create pizza in the woodfired oven. Never had a better dish.

Wunderbarer Aufenthalt

Wir waren in einer Gruppe von 10 Erwachsenen in dieser schönen Villa, die aus 2 Gebäuden besteht. Im Haupthaus befindet sich neben der Schlafzimmer, die fast alle ein eigenes Bad haben, auch ein großes Wohnzimmer mit großem Balkon (auf dem 12 Leute gut Platz haben zum Essen mit tollem Blick) und die super großzügige Küche. Im Nebenhaus nochmal 2 Schlafzimmer und Bäder. Pool ist toll, Bar und extra Terrasse mit Pizzaofen und Grill mit Blick auf den Pool und in die toskanische Landschaft. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die phantastische Betreuung durch Loris, der sich um das Anwesen kümmert. Er kocht auch gerne für die Gäste, wenn er gebucht wird, hat uns aber auch ohne "Buchung" leckerstes Tiramisu geschenkt und hätte mit uns Pizza gebacken, wenn wir es selbst nicht hinbekommen hätten. Super freundlich uns hilfsbereit. Das Anwesen ist so großzügig, dass man sich gut aus dem Weg gehen aber auch an unterschiedlichen Orten gemeinsam Zeit verbringen kann. Der Pool ist ausreichend groß und es gibt für jeden eine Liege. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank, Loris !!

Perfekter Urlaub!

Wir durften eine Woche im August in der Luxusvilla verbringen. Die Villa ist traumhaft schön und hat alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht - einen wunderschönen Poolbereich, Tischtennis/Tischkicker, eine Grillstelle, etc. Super ruhige Lage mit schöner Aussicht. Ein besonderer Dank geht an Loris, der uns jederzeit mit Rat und Tat zur Seite stand. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit wieder!

Tolle und entspannte Zeit

Wir waren mit 3 Familien in dem schönen Ferienhaus in Licciana Nardi. Dort verbrachten wir viele entspannte Stunden am Pool und im Haus. Vor allem Loris der Hausverwalter war eine große Unterstützung. Gerne denken wir an unsere Pizzaparty mit ihm zurück. Auch der für uns bestellte Koch und dessen Frau haben uns einen schönen Abend bereitet, bei dem es tolles Essen gab. Am Ende der Woche wären alle gerne noch geblieben.

Alt har fungeret helt uden problemer. Fantastisk hjælpsom vært som både var diskret men også gjorde alt for at være behjælpelig. En pizzaaften ved den gode pizzaovn blev en oplevelse da vi fik overbragt en pragtfuld Tiramisu. Havde dejlig familieferie med tre generationer og ingen kunne finde ting at beklage sig over.

Erholung pur

So eine tolle Location findet man selten. Es hat alles gepasst. Die Räumlichkeiten waren sauber und mit geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Die Lage ist phantastisch. Da fühlt man sich richtig wohl und Erholung ist garantiert. Ein ganz besonderer Dank geht an Loris, die gute Seele des Anwesens, für die prima Vorbereitung und die Betreuung während unseres Aufenthalts. Wir waren 2 Wochen da und wollten am liebsten gar nicht wieder abreisen. Fazit: Sehr empfehlenswert.

Licht und Schatten

Das Haus hat im Innenbereich den Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Sauberkeit und Ausstattung sind sehr gut. Außen ist am Haus und in der Anlage noch einige Luft nach oben. Für eine Luxusvilla - aus meiner Sicht - etwas enttäuschend. Ich hatte da mit FeWo in der Toskana schon eine bessere Erfahrung gemacht. Der Verwalter gibt sich große Mühe den Aufenthalt so gut wie möglich positiv zu gestalten. Für Loris gibt es daher 5 Sterne.

Dream Tuscan experience (Loris was amazing)

We were sold on the villa from the photos but on arrival the photos did not do it justice! Beautiful from all angles. It was big enough that everyone had their own space. We had our wedding here and i couldn’t have picked a better venue. On top of how nice the villa was, Loris was we even better. He was so helpful and thoughtful and when he found out we were having our wedding there, he went above and beyond to make it our dream wedding from the kindness of his heart. Großartiger Urlaubsort für Erwachsene und Kinder

Mitte Juni hatten wir die perfekte Urlaubswoche in dieser tollen Villa. Wir waren 3 Familien und sowohl die Erwachsenen als auch die Kinder hatten eine wunderbare Zeit. Die Aufteilung und Weitläufigkeit des Anwesens ist ausgesprochen gut, so dass man große gemeinsame Räume (Küche, Wohnzimmer, Terrassen) für alle oder auch kleine Rückzugsorte findet. Das Nebenhaus ist nur wenige Meter über den Hof und fühlt sich nicht wie getrennt an. Die Küche lässt keinen Wunsch offen. Wir konnten bequem für 12 kochen und backen und das Essen auf der Terrasse mit einem großartigen Ausblick genießen. Es gibt sogar einen Weinkühlschrank und eine Eiswürfelmaschine für kühle Drinks. Der Pool ist sehr groß und hat einen seichten und tieferen Bereich und ist perfekt für jede Altersklasse. Auch auf der Wiese dahinter lässt sich gut spielen. Ein Grill, Tischfußball (gut für Turniere!) und Tischtennisplatte ist auch vorhanden. Das gesamte Gelände war absolut ruhig gelegen, ausgesprochen gut in Schuss und alles sehr sauber. Die kleine Kapelle lädt für einen kurzen Abendspaziergang ein umgeben von hunderten Glühwürmchen. Der Hausverwalter Loris ist ausgesprochen sympathisch und der perfekte Gastgeber. Wir waren ganz für uns, aber wenn wir etwas gebraucht haben war er sofort zur Stelle. Und seine Pizze waren einfach nur delizioso! Selbst am letzten Tag hat er uns aus der Patsche geholfen und ist noch zum Automechaniker mutiert. Auch der Kontakt mit der Vermietung war absolut reibungslos und zuvorkommend. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Loris, molte grazie ancora per il tuo aiuto e il tempo meraviglioso! Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Urlaub in der Toskana.

Wat een heerlijke plek om de vakantie door te brengen. Het fantastische huis is werkelijk van alles gemakken voorzien. Die perfekte Unterkunft für einen erholsamen Gruppenurlaub

Wir waren eine Gruppe von 11 Erwachsenen und hatten einen perfekten Urlaub in diesem Anwesen. Die Weitläufigkeit von beiden Häusern, Poolbereich und Garten gibt mehr als genug Platz für eine größere Gruppe. Das gesamte Gelände ist gut gewartet und das Haus ist top ausgestattet. Die vielen Badezimmer sind dabei ein echter Luxus. Obendrein hat der Hauskeeper Loris sich um jegliche Anliegen sofort gekümmert und war stets für Fragen erreichbar. Die gesamte Kommunikation vor und während des Urlaubs war schnell und einwandfrei! Unsere ganze Gruppe empfiehlt diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiter und wir bedanken uns bei Loris für die Hilfe und den unglaublich tollen Urlaub! Wir kommen definitiv in einem anderen Urlaub wieder!

Beautiful large house and garden with fabulous pool and views

The property is absolutely beautiful set in the Tuscan hills amid small picturesque villages. The pool is absolutely fantastic, big enough for a proper swim and surrounded by amazing mountains and wildlife. We loved having breakfast lunch and dinner on the veranda with views across the mountains. In the evening the garden and pool lights are beautiful, the stars come out and we even saw some wild boar . It’s an ideal spot to get the train into Pisa Florence Lucca and the coast from Aulla. You do need a car though as it’s too far and too steep to walk anywhere. We would have loved to stay longer and see more of Italy but we really enjoyed our days just being in the house and enjoying the pool and shaded garden area and really relaxing. The property has great quality shower gel shampoo and conditioner which we didn’t know, so no need to bring any. We were also greeted with a lovely selection of bread vegetables fruit olive oil and salt. Loris was a helpful and attentive manager and the homemade wine he gave us was delicious. It’s a lovely house and our holiday went far too quickly!

Superb setting, lovely big kitchen, ditto the pool. Make use of phone nav technology around the winding roads up into the hills. Need your wits about you on some tight z-bends.

Urlaub mit vielen Erlebnissen und wenig Stress

Very nice holiday home, which offers a lot of tranquility, a magnificent view of the mountains, a wonderful, large pool and tasteful furnishings. The house and the area around Licciana offer a multitude of opportunities to keep yourself busy on vacation. In addition to bathing in the sun or in the pool, you can also play table tennis, table football or badminton. From here you can start on excursions to the sea, in the mountains or to Pisa or the Cinque Terre. A special highlight for families is the "Pizza party" organized by Loris. Loris also ensures that everything is tidy and clean at all times, without being bothered by it. He is also a great and very friendly help with all wishes, concerns and problems.

Perfektes Haus für große Familien

Wir waren über zwei Wochen in dem Haus und es war sagenhaft. Nach der herzlichen Begrüßung durch Loris kamen wir in das Haus und stellten fest, dass es noch toller ist als auf den Bildern. Alles ist sehr großzügig, die Ausstattung enthält alles, was man braucht und es ist sehr liebevoll gemacht. Die Lage war für uns perfekt - schön ruhig und gleichzeitig nicht zu weit von den Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Auf jeden Fall auch Loris anheuern zum Pizzabacken im hauseigenen Ofen!

Wonderful

What a great house, huge comfortable kitchen, beautiful living room and beautiful spacious rooms. Unfortunately we were not so lucky with the weather so we could not use the outdoor space - but it is absolutely adorable - with a huge pool. lounge area, pizza oven, BBQ and firepit. And the view from the house over the hills - to die for. Loris is absolutely fantastic - he was always there for us and able to solve even the smallest problems. I would recommend this without hesitation!

Perfect getaway near Cinque Terre!

The house is absolutely in sync with the listing, nothing overstated, well maintained, holding the pool area with the lounge as the gem of the location. We were a group of six (three adult couples) and there was plenty of room for everyone...whether you wanted to chill at the pool, enjoy the terrace, do your yoga or just enjoy another quiet spot on the property...just perfect. The real hidden gem of this location, however, is "the master of services" Loris...we called him "the magician"...whatever our ideas or plans were, he brought them to live, e.g. a private boat tour to Vernacca incl. a lunch on the spectacular terrace of the Belfort (and I asked him only 2 days before it should happen)...and I could go on and on and on...shout out to Loris and many thanks again, you made this stay truly marvellous!

Fantastic villa in Tuscany for larger groups

We went to Villa Dell'Angelo with a group of 10 friends, 2 kids & 2 babies and were pleasantly surprised with this secluded villa in Tuscany. From the entrance with the chapel and cypress trees, to all the comfortable and spacious rooms, to the beautiful outside areas and of course the swimming pool, everything was top-notch. The communication online with Serena was always fast and marked a level of hospitality which was topped by Loris the caretaker. This guy bakes incredibly tasty pizzas, maintains the property daily, freely gives tips about the surroundings and things to do and even helps out when there are car to trouble. We had a great vacation here where the place allowed us to forget about the whole COVID crisis and really unwind. Already looking forward to returning one day. Thanks for everything Loris, Serena and even Mia :)

A wonderful 2 weeks in beautiful Licciana Nardi

The house is fantastic, even nicer than the photos on the website. We loved the pool and outside bar and grill area and spent every morning and evening on the beautiful terrace with its incredible views. It’s a great location to explore this part of Italy, lovely beaches 30 mins away and easy day trips to Cinque Terre, Pisa, Luca, etc. Having Loris on site really made our stay perfect. He answered all our questions and queries really quickly, gave us some great tips on things to do in the area and cooked us pizza twice. He even makes his own wine ;-) Overall I would definitely recommend this property as a great place to stay in a wonderful part of Italy.

Calm and easy

We truly enjoyed our stay at this well-managed property - calm and away from all the noise and traffic. The housekeeper was very helpful and gave us lots of information about the area. There are nice walks in the woods, up or down the mountain, a clear river where you can swim and good agriturismo with yummy food.
