Nestled just a mile from the enchanting town of Uzès, in France’s historic Provence is the Olivette, an exquisite estate that harmoniously blends privacy, luxury, and the charm of Provence and the South of France. Spanning approximately 340 m² (3,700 square feet) and set on landscaped grounds of 2,695 m², this luxury property features a beautifully designed main housein a distincly modern idiom, yet characterful decoration, and a separate guest house providing an idyllic escape for those seeking sophistication and serenity for family and friends.

The main house, built in 2011, boasts a spacious living area with a striking fireplace, an open-plan kitchen fully equipped for culinary endeavors, and a spacious master suite, plus 4 ensuite bedrooms. Each living space opens to the stunning 200 m² terrace, and garden, enhancing the indoor-outdoor living experience. The “dependence” complements the main house with its own living-kitchen area, seamlessly connecting to the pool and ideal for summer gatherings. It also offers some privacy to teens, an family members looking for more privacy.

**Getting Around**
Numerous attractive villages are in the surroundings of Uzès, and walks or bike rides or drives through the many vineyards to these ancient villages are very appealing. The long history of the area is perhaps best exemplified by the nearby Pont du Gard, arguably the best-preserved Roman Aqueduct anywhere, and a UNESCO World Heritage Site.
Further afield lie all of the glorious attractions of Provence and the Languedoc.
