Welcome to this charming 44 m² duplex apartment in a cozy chalet-style mountain residence, just 200 meters from the nearest ski lift. Perfect for up to 6 guests, it offers a relaxing escape in a pristine alpine setting, with breathtaking mountain views and a heated indoor pool open daily (except Saturdays).

Inside, the apartment features a comfortable living area with a sofa bed and TV, a double bedroom, and a mezzanine with two single beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes a microwave, fridge, dishwasher, and coffee maker, while two bathrooms—one with a bathtub—add convenience. Step onto the private balcony to enjoy the fresh mountain air, complete with tables, chairs, and a sun lounger.

Located just 500 meters from the town center, shops, and restaurants, the residence is ideal for families and outdoor enthusiasts. Explore nearby landmarks like the St. Saturnin church and Beaufort cheese dairy, or dive into winter sports, mountain karting, and scenic hikes to the Glacier de Saint Sorlin.

Additional amenities include a ski locker, WiFi access pad, elevator, and open-air parking. Bed linen, towels, and end-of-stay cleaning are available at an extra charge. Pets are not allowed, ensuring a peaceful stay for all.
