The property has been freshly renovated to the highest standard, blending modern elegance with historical charm. Built in 1906 as an office block and later transformed into apartments in 1985, it boasts incredibly high ceilings—a rare and striking feature in residential developments. This unique touch adds a sense of spaciousness and character you won’t easily find elsewhere!
