This space is located on the second floor of a two storey private villa. The penthouse contains two large bedrooms with individual entrances and enormous private terrace with sunbeds, large sofa, covered area, dining space and bar.
You have an incredible view across the ocean, as well across a large tropical garden. Within which, you will have an exclusive use of our garden pool.

The penthouse is fully serviced and comes with private chef and manager.

This 250 sqm space is a stunning indoor/outdoor space on the second floor of a private secluded villa. The two large bedrooms have king size beds, walk-in wardrobes, french doors and private patios in front.

The covered/uncovered rooftop gives 360 degree views across the ocean and the tropical garden.

The rooftop has a covered area with dining space and bar, where you can prepare drinks, coffee, cold snacks. However, please note there is no kitchen as such..

A few steps down in our tropical garden you will have exclusive use of the pool.

Breakfast and housekeeping are included. Our guest manager will be at your disposal for organising meals, trips and taxis. And, our private chef is available for excellent lunches and dinners at an additional cost.

Our villa is located 4 km south of Jambiani. And, although, we are outside of the village you will not feel isolated as our manager will make sure you have transportation available whenever you need it. you will have the luxury of no unwanted noise of the village or light pollution.

Our beach stunning but can be rocky depending on the time of the year. We have a beautiful sandbank just opposite the house reachable by foot, especially with a pair of surf shoes! The coast is know for the low and high tides throughout the day, which creates incredible landscape to observe.

Please note, the ground floor of the villa might be occupied by another group of up to 4 people.

Other things to note
We advise to bring surf shoes to explore our beach and reef. You’ll be stunned at the coral rocks millions of years old
