Beautiful and spacious Villa in Perd' e Sali, with swimming pool. Located only 5 minute drive to the nearest beach of Porto Columbu and 10 minute to the town of Pula as well the beaches and archeological sites of Nora and 25 min from Chia.
Cagliari and its airport are only 30km away.
Villa Palmira now offers air-con in the double rooms as well as the main living area. Perfect positioning between the hills and the sea with a Marina near by. Also possible to organise a sailing trip if interested.
