Villa Girasole

Located in one of the most beautiful coastlines of Italy Villa Girasole is the perfect solution for those who want to spend a holiday immersed in nature and relaxation.
Its name comes from the main reason that in every corner of the house, the sunflower.
Villa Girasole is located within the area called "Perdalonga" which provides excellent privacy to its tenants through the private gate and the fence that separates the villas from the outside.

The newly built Villa Girasole is composed of 5 rooms distributed on a single level. The house has: kitchen with refrigerator, freezer and oven, and of course everything you need (cutlery, various pots, etc..), Living room with fireplace, armchair, sofa, dining table and LCD TV (with satellite) ; bedroom with bunk beds and a double bed, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, laundry room.
Painstakingly inside, outside Villa Girasole does not disappoint, in fact. The loggia, from which you can see a glimpse of the sea, allows outdoor dining or relaxing in the shade. The house was then surrounded by a large garden and high hedges end. There is also a convenient outdoor shower (for when you return from the beach), a big barbecue (with wood and everything needed for cooking) and the ability to park the car inside the fence. Regarding the parking 20m from the entrance of the house there is a large car park for residents in the complex Perdalonga. Bed linen and towels are not included and the costs are up to the guests.
