Outdoors and Pool
Villa Buonvisi is characterized by a large garden of about 3000m2, very well-kept and enriched with terracotta vases, flowers, bushes and various trees, connected by paths to the gardens of the other three villas which are part of the farm, and equipped with table and chairs for outdoor dining, two large umbrellas, a portable barbecue. A few meters from the villa is the rectangular in-ground swimming pool measuring 5x10 with a depth varying from 1,20 to 1,80 meters, furnished with sun loungers, deckchairs, outdoor shower, umbrellas and a large lime tree for shade. Next to the pool, just 45 meters from the villa, is the regular-sized tennis court (23,77 x 10,97 meters), shared with the guests of the other 3 villas on the farm. All the outdoor areas are well maintained and cared for. A gate that is always open leads to the property: from here, via 230 meters of unpaved road, it is possible to reach the private parking.Interiors
The villa (about 800 m2) is on two levels. It has been restored with conservative interventions respecting the traditional architecture of Lucca and preserving the family's history. All the electrical and water systems were installed recently. On the ground floor, the main entrance opens onto a large living room that extends into a comfortable and spacious lounge finely furnished with antique pieces, a working fireplace, a stereo system, and three sofas. To the entrance's left we find a well-equipped kitchen with table for 12 people, a large working fireplace. From here, a passage area with an additional fridge with freezer, leads to a dining room capable of accommodating the entire group and to a small service bathroom. To the entrance's right we find a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower, a double bedroom with a four-poster bed and private bathroom with tub.
From the living room, via a staircase, we go up to the first floor where we find 2 double bedrooms, each with private bathroom with shower, 1 bedroom with two beds (which can be joined), 1 private bathroom with tub-shower and two sinks, 1 charming double bedroom with a canopy bed, two sofas and a private attic bathroom with tub and two sinks, accessible via a wooden staircase with 16 steps. Via 6 steps (3 down and 3 up) you access 1 double bedroom with private bathroom with tub and via another 6 steps (3 down and 3 up) to 1 twin bedroom with private bathroom with shower which is accessed via a steep staircase of 16 steps. All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. On the first floor, near the bedrooms, we find the laundry room with washing machine, sink, iron and ironing board.

Villa Buonvisi, nestled among the hills a few kilometers from the city of Lucca, is located in a residential area full of villas and historic Tuscan private homes.
All around the house, in the property's land, you can take beautiful walks immersed in nature among olive trees and vineyards, or reach the stream with the geese, or enter the wooded area. Excellent tranquility and privacy, particularly suitable for all those who love a holiday dedicated to relaxation, nature and sport. The villa enjoys a beautiful view of the surrounding hills.

The price includes the supply of bathroom, bed, kitchen linen and pool towels (with weekly change), water, electricity, gas, heating, air conditioning, final cleaning, 1 hour of domestic help every day, wifi internet connection, high chair and baby bed. Upon request, extra hours of domestic help, babysitter, chef, cooking classes. The villa is also suitable for weddings and other types of events.

Important Information
The swimming pool is open from the 1st of May to the 30th of September. Access to the house via 230 meters of unpaved road.Activities and Distances
The villa is located near the small village of Segromigno in Monte and is part of an estate of 20 hectares owned by the Bernardini family, who transformed wooded areas into vineyards and olive groves, allowing production of extra virgin olive oil exported all over the world. From Segromigno it is possible to take various hiking trails by bike or on foot, discovering postcard villages, princely villas, majestic parish churches, an archaeological heritage and a landscape of rolling vineyards, flowers and giant trees such as the "great oak", listed among the monumental trees of Italy. In the area you can visit famous villas such as Villa Torrigiani, a fragment of French beauty transplanted to Tuscany, Villa Reale di Marlia, Villa Mansi, as well as the interesting village of Camellias. It is also advisable to visit the Serchio River Park, flanked by cereal and poplar crops and crossed by the cycle-pedestrian path.
