Amazing apartment, just steps away from Parque Colón and the Catedral Primada de América, offers a unique experience. From its balcony and main entrance, you can enjoy partial views of the Cathedral, Fortaleza Ozama, Plazoleta de los Curas, and charming colonial houses.

Immerse yourself in the rich history and vibrant nightlife of the Colonial City. Our street is a central hub, lined with exquisite restaurants, lively bars, nightclubs, cafés, and spots with a unique bohemian charm. On weekends, the area bursts into life with families, tourists, friends, and artists gathering to soak in the magical atmosphere. You’ll have the chance to mingle with locals and experience the authentic spirit of this historic city!

If you venture up to the rooftop, you’ll be rewarded with a spectacular panoramic view of the Colonial City. From there, you can appreciate the contrast between the city’s modern towers and the ancient city of Santo Domingo, as well as a beautiful sea view. We’re designing a terrace so that on your next visit, you could enjoy the sun, breeze, sunset, and stunning views while resting at the rooftop.

Our apartment has it all: a spacious balcony to enjoy the sounds of the historic center, two living rooms (one to share with friends and another to relax in tranquility and read a book). Each bedroom has closet and private bathroom.
The apartment is fresh and bright, with high ceilings and excellent natural ventilation. For your comfort, each room is equipped with high-quality Simmons mattresses, plus 300 and 600 thread count 100% cotton sheets for a pleasant rest.

This apartment is ideal for family or friends’ trips, bachelor/bachelorette parties, private social activities, and wedding preparations in the Colonial City. We are close to the main churches: the Catedral Primada de América, the Convento de los Dominicos, the Iglesia Nuestra Señora del Carmen, and the Iglesia y Convento Regina Angelorum.
