Totally renovated with luxury finishes, elegantly furnished, it can accommodate 4 people. Free WiFi.
Located just 5 minutes walk from Ponte Vecchio, a very central location ideal for visiting all the main attractions, without using a car.
First floor without lift, but thanks to two short and comfortable ramps it is possible to access it without any difficulty.
Consisting of two double bedrooms with TV, one with a complete private bathroom. Furthermore there is another complete bathroom, in the corridor leading to the bedrooms.
Living room with sofa and TV, dining area, complete kitchenette, (fridge, freezer, oven, electric kettle, toaster, dishwasher).
Equipped with the following services: A/C, independent heating, washing machine, hairdryer and first supply of linen and towels.

This is a lovely spacious apartment just steps away from restaurants, gelato, coffee, groceries and unique artisan shops on the Oltrarno side of the city. Literally across the street from Bardini villa and gardens if you want some quiet time and beautiful Piazzale Michelangelo is a 10 minute walk for incredible views of the city. We loved our stay here.

The apartment was ideally situated for the historic quarter--very easy walk to all the sites we wanted to see. It was clean, comfortable, and well equipped. We had two couples staying there and it worked very well. The host was pleasant, helpful, and easy to work with. One tip: be sure you get instructions on how to use the heating/air conditioning units in each room!

We had a great stay. The apartment was in a wonderful location. It is an easy walk to many museums and the Boboli garden. The apartment is also close to great gelato and a wine window. The amenities were very nice. The only drawback was construction going on in the adjacent apartment and the crew started work early in the morning, making it noisy in one of the bedrooms. The host was very nice and helpful, yet it would be helpful if there was a more automated way to access getting the key for check-in.

I traveled with my 2 teens and we loved this place. It was just outside of the chaotic downtown but so easy to access the downtown area. The apartment was very clean and just perfect for our 5-day stay. I would absolutely stay here again.

This was my first visit to Florence & I can’t wait to come back. This apt is one of the best VRBOs I’ve ever stayed in. The descriptions & pics are accurate. It’s comfortable, quiet & a perfect location. It’s close to sights, restaurants, grocery stores & shopping. Go to Za Za for dinner- it’s amazing- but make a reservation. The beds, pillows & bedding are 10/10. The host was friendly & communicated well. Do not look further- book this apt.

Beautiful Florence

We had the most amazing stay in Florence. the apartment was beautiful the location was perfect and Paulo was such a huge help arranging the parking for our car and sharing restaurants that he recommended. I would highly recommend this charming apartment everything from the beautiful linens to the well appointed bathrooms! Just wonderful!

Perfect Location

The apartment is exactly as described and is in a perfect location. Very easy walking distance to grocery, restaurants, and all of the popular tourist sites. We stayed for five days and unfortunately needed to purchase supplies that were not available in the apartment, including paper towels and laundry detergent. Aside from that minor inconvenience, everything was wonderful and we would not hesitate to stay here again! Highly recommend.

Great apt in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much...The apartment is lovely, the main comment we want to make is that there are some steep stairs to the unit— not an “easy ramp” as the posting states. You will be very happy if you like an extra firm bed . In spite of these two items we would love to stay here again .
