Rates:
Our property offers exclusive short-term rentals, with rates calculated on a nightly basis. If you wish to extend your stay, please reach out to us directly to benefit from special booking fee savings.
Appliance Usage:
We kindly request that you refrain from tampering with or disabling any provided appliances, including the WiFi, TV, and air conditioners. Unauthorized adjustments may result in the termination of your stay, constituting a breach of our rental agreement.

d. Extended stays are subject to availability and rebooking options.
e. Smoking is strictly prohibited both indoors and on the balcony, with a cleaning fee of €250 for violations.

g. Only guests listed in the booking are permitted on the property. Unauthorized visitors will incur a daily fine of €80.
h. Food and drinks are not allowed in the bedroom.
i. At least one member of the group must be 21 years or older.
