Moreover, Pacífico is located near the M30, one of the main ring roads of Madrid, a perfect location for people who come for work due to easy access to other key points of the city such as Ifema.

Study

This modern studio for two guests is located on the first floor of a building without an elevator and is the perfect space for those seeking comfort and style in a modern environment with an open and efficient layout, the main area combines living room, kitchen, and rest area in a single space.

The American kitchen, equipped with state-of-the-art appliances, is perfect for those who enjoy cooking without giving up comfort and design. The living room, bright and cozy, adapts to both relaxation moments and daily activities. It features a double sofa bed and a smart TV.

The rest area includes a double bed, ensuring a cozy place to rest.

The bathroom, with a modern shower, perfectly complements this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality.

The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November according to the protocols established by the community.

The study has a washing machine.
