In the scenic Fårup Klitbakker and with an incredible panoramic sea view from the house and terrace and plot, you will find this pool house, renovated in 2006. The house is decorated in a modern, bright style with goog furniture in high quality everywhere and it appears very well maintained. No letting to youth groups. Living room and kitchen in open plan, there are 4 good bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. In the pool room there is obviously a sauna and whirlpool and solarium. There is an energy efficient air-to-water heat pump. From the house a trail system leads directly through the dunes to the sea and beach - the distance is approx. 700 m. The house is completely secluded in a quiet dune area and there are large terraces to both the east, south and west - even here there is an incredible panoramic sea views.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
