The living room is furnished with comfortable seating, free high-speed internet, a flat-screen TV with German channels and Chromecast, and a wood-burning stove for cosy evenings. The kitchen is well-equipped with a ceramic hob, extractor hood, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. The bathroom has a shower, toilet, and vanity, and there is also a combined washer/dryer. The property has three bedrooms – two with double beds and one with two bunk beds – making it ideal for four adults and two children. Outside, there is an open terrace with quality garden furniture, sun loungers, and a gas grill – perfect for enjoying dinner while the sun sets. Nearby, the campsite offers shopping, a cafeteria, and free access to a playground, bouncy cushion, and small animals. The property is not rented to youth or tradesmen’s groups and is exclusively available for holiday stays.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
