Perfect for up to six guests, this wooden-frame bungalow boasts a cosy wood burner and a spacious open-plan living area, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. Surrounded by breath taking scenery, it's the perfect haven for peace and relaxation. Whether you seek adventure or tranquillity, this stunning retreat offers the ideal getaway.

Dishwasher, 2 small fridges with smaller freezer compartments. Double electric oven and hob.

Wood burner and fuse ball table present in property.

5 minute walk into the village and Loch Earn.

Plenty space for 3 cars and free parking on site.

Large garden, area with own standing stones, garden are isn't enclosed so please be mindful of this with your young children.

Location is very safe and surrounding properties are also holiday homes or private homes owned by lovely families.

The village has a small café and village shop, plus 2 hotels that do food, also the golf course is a 5 minute walk away and does wonderful home cooked food and baking.

St Fillans is a 10 minute drive away from Ben Vorlich for the Munro baggers and the beautiful Loch Earn is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding, canoeing or fishing. Permits available at the village shop.

St Fillans has a play park perfect for the smaller children and access to a cycle path that can take you from St Fillans to Comrie or the other direction Killln or Callander.

The nearest village is Comrie around 3 miles away which has an array of fabulous shops, beautiful walks and a great community.

The property does have a few other properties around it and is very open on one side. It isn't signposted from the lane that it's on, which was very confusing when trying to find it.The house itself is very nice, clean and tidy, and finished to a good standard. The location for the lake

I live locally in Comrie, Scotland. Around 10 minutes away from Oaklodge. I love hosting guests stays and try to provide a five star experience each time.

Why they chose this property

St Fillans is a beautiful small village with an even more stunning Loch. Loch Earn is perfect for swimming, paddle boarding or canoeing.
you are around 15 minutes away from Ben Vorlich if you wish to venture up a Munro. Also a 10 minute walk to a fabulous golf course. The village boasts a small coffee shop, 2 hotels that sell food and a great café at the golf course that does home baking an cooking. There is also a small play park about a 10 minute walk from the property which is so safe for children. For the cyclists you have access to the cycle path that runs for miles in each direction.

St Fillans between April - October is a wonderful destination.

What makes this property unique

Its a loved family home that is surrounded my other lovely families. It really has a retreatful, safe vibe, connecting with nature.
