The Catalina apartments are located in a modern building in the Pacifico neighbourhood, next to a pleasant open square facing south. Just 3 minutes on foot from the Pacífico metro station, which directly connects to the city centre through line 1, this area also offers optimal public transport connectivity. In turn, the proximity to Atocha station and the Méndez Álvaro South Bus Station have boosted its development, turning it into an increasingly dynamic area.



Moreover, Pacífico is located near the M30, one of the main ring roads of Madrid, a perfect location for people who come for work due to easy access to other key points of the city, such as Ifema.



Apartment:



This modern and functional apartment for four guests is located on the first floor of a building without a lift and offers a perfectly designed space for those seeking comfort and style in a contemporary setting.



The living room and kitchen areas, integrated into a single open space, make the most of the available surface. The American kitchen is equipped with state-of-the-art appliances. The living room, cosy and bright, offers the perfect place to relax and enjoy daily life. It features a smart TV and a double sofa bed.



The double bedroom, separated from the common areas, provides a calm and private environment, ideal for resting and disconnecting.



The bathroom, with a modern shower, perfectly complements this apartment, providing an experience of comfort and functionality.



The apartment has WiFi and a washing machine.



The heating to air conditioning change in the apartment boiler will be carried out at the end of May, and in turn, the air conditioning to heating change will be carried out in November, in accordance with the protocols established by the community.



To be taken into account



All bookings made on the same day of arrival may have a check-in time after 3:00 PM, depending on the time required for cleaning the apartment. We appreciate your understanding and recommend that you contact us to confirm the exact check-in time.



The cot is subject to availability. Please advise no later than 5 days in advance



The online check-in is mandatory in accordance with current regulations and must be carried out through the MitHouse app/webapp. During this process, the MRZ band of each guest's identity document will be read to extract the data required by the authorities. It will be essential to have a mobile device and internet on the phone to access the apartment.



For stays exceeding 28 days, a deposit of €1,000 will be requested, which is refundable at the end of the stay if no damage is caused to the accommodation.



Respect: For the purpose of good coexistence and respect for neighbours and residents, this apartment may be equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are obliged to comply with the established rest hours at all times.
