This spacious and bright 2 bedroom apartment is set within a modern development close to Liverpool city centre. The property boasts a fully equipped kitchen, modern bathroom, free Wifi and all the amenities needed for up to 3 guests to enjoy a comfortable stay in the heart of the city.

This bright and spacious interior has been finished to a high standard with comfortable furnishings and modern appliances throughout. The generous open plan living area comprises a modern fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to cook your own meals at home, a dining table, sofa, and smart Tv. The large windows throughout bathe the rooms in light and add to the feeling of space. There is high speed broadband throughout. There are 2 generous bedrooms, one double and one single, both made up with crisp hotel linen and plenty of storage space for clothes. There's a modern family bathroom with a shower and bath, with fluffy towels and complimentary toiletries provided.
Guest Access:
Guests have sole access to the apartment for the duration of their stay.
The Neighborhood:
Located close to the City Centre, you are within walking distance of many major attractions and landmarks, as well as a huge array of shops, cafes, bars and restaurants. It's around 15 minutes walk to Matthew Street - home to the Cityâs famous music venue the Cavern Club and a host of other bars and clubs. Liverpool One Shopping centre, the Liver Building, the Beatles Statue and the Royal Albert Dock - Home to a host of Galleries and Museums, including the Beatles Museum, can all be reached within 20-25 minutes on foot.
Getting Around:
As mentioned, most major attractions are within walking distance, however there are also a number of bus routes stopping 2 minutes from the building. Liverpool Moorfield Train Station is around 15 minutes walk away and Liverpool Central and Lime Street Stations are a short Taxi or bus ride away.
Other Things to Note:
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the basics that you will need during your stay. Just bear in mind that it is kitted for 3 people.
Please note you must confirm your check in time 24 hours in advance.
If you are delayed by more than one hour from the agreed time, an additional charge of ÂŁ10/hr will be applicable as a late check-in fee.
